Both aged care sector job seekers and employers can access the new ACSA Workforce Hub to connect with each other.

Employers can register positions they need to fill on the Hub and can search for people, by job role, who are looking for employment in their region.

Chief Executive Officer of ACSA, Patricia Sparrow, says, “For many people, the COVID-19 situation has led to job losses or changes and may be considering new career options. The aged care workforce needs to triple by 2050 and we need even more workers right now to help the sector care for older Australians.

“This means people who are looking for a role in aged care and aged care organisations can find each other at no cost and no fuss. And importantly it will support [the] right fit people to work in a sector that means they are making a difference in people’s lives.”

Find out more by visiting the ACSA Aged Care Services Workforce Hub or if you are a job seeker or employer.
