I wanted to provide you with an update as to what DPS is doing as a company in these uncertain times. Our number one priority is to keep consumers and our team members safe. We are also doing everything we can to support our clients during this time.

Through a dedicated Coronavirus (COVID-19) and Aged Care page we’re keeping the community updated with the relevant developments affecting the aged care sector, as well as information around staying safe and managing these unprecedented times.

Here you can read the latest Government announcements around coronavirus and aged care or our tips to keep yourself healthy and safe during COVID-19.

We are also implementing a number of new initiatives to inform our readers and continue to assist consumers navigating the aged care sector during this time.

Our services

Our digital platform AgedCareGuide has a number of features that we recommend:

  • Browse the largest aged care directory and find out about features and services of different nursing homes and aged care service providers
  • Find the latest bed vacancies in your preferred area if you are looking for a place in aged care for yourself or a loved one
  • Order a copy of the printed DPS Guide to Aged Care state editions, available on DPS Shop, to help you understand what’s involved when accessing care and understanding different aged care options
  • We’re continuing our reporting on aged care news as normal on our newspage Talking Aged Care. Follow us on Facebook and Twitter or sign up to our newsletter to stay up to date with the latest developments in the sector

Our team

To mitigate the risk to our staff and the broader community we have now cancelled all travel and external meetings, instead conducting client and staff meetings through video calls.

From today all DPS team members will be working from home, where we will continue to operate as normal in terms of assisting your organisation at the same standard you’re used to from us. We are still available to answer any questions and provide assistance on 1300 186 688 or email us on info@AgedCareGuide.com.au.

Our team is dedicated to supporting you during this trying time.

Thank you for your continued support and please stay safe.”
